This article emphasises the value of using theatrical pieces, like Tawfik El-Hakim's play, to teach and learn the Amazigh language and culture. The data used in this study came from a survey that was administered through teacher interviews and observations of in-class activities. The results of the data analysis showed that the development of language skills, the ease of emotional expression, and the use of gestures to communicate are the goals of teaching theatre. Role-playing helps students learn while diverting their attention, motivating them to work hard, and promoting psychological growth.
