Evaluation policy

Any article received for publication in Ussnan goes through three stages which constitute a completely anonymous process:
-Checking the plagiarism rate (similarity). All articles are systematically checked for plagiarism before moving on to the pre-evaluation stage. The accepted similarity threshold is 30%.
-Pre-evaluation: An article can be rejected as soon as it is pre-evaluated if it is poorly written or does not relate to the areas of the journal.
-Evaluation: Once accepted, the article is subject to a double-blind evaluation, by two experts (double-blind peer-reviewed), not affiliated with the institution where the author of the article is attached, and requested according to their specialty and their language of training. In the case of two contradictory opinions, the article will be directed towards a third and final expert.
